Samp/eS are an extraction of Hypostasis a series of oils on canvas, its mutation transposing the questioning of the impossibility of collecting a fundamental image in the multiplicity of points of view and its construction. Here, the reliefs/ruins have been taken, sampled on simple plastic sheets, commonly used to protect what is considered precious from any stain or dust. Here the notion of protection replaces that of support, fine and translucent, delicate and airy as if transfigured by the preciousness of the transfer that has taken place.
